The machine is specially used to grind outside surfaces and inner bores of cylindrical and conic parts and their accuracy is respectively grades of IT6 or IT5. It is suitable for tool shop, repairing shop and producing workshop in single or small batch process.
Longitudinal movement of the worktable is carried our by hydraulic stepless transmission or by handwheel. The infeed of grinding wheel rest is finished by hydraulic device to realize cycle feed and it is also fed by handwheel. Fast advance or reverse of grinding wheel rest and lubrication of worktable’s guideway and screw in the backing plate are all controlled by hydraulic system.
