The machine is suitable for grinding shaft parts, which is simultaneous 2 axes of 2 axes, i.e. wheelhead feeding axis X and longitudinal moving axis Z of worktable, and the two axes can realize CNC simultaneous, FANUC～0i T series special system of grinder is equipped, CNC interpolation is employed during grinding wheel dressing, which can guarantee consistency of grinding condition.
The spindle system employs combined hydrodynamic and hydrostatic press bearing unit. The tailstock spindle employs sleeve type structure, and headstock adopts AC frequency converter to control, which can realize stepless speed regulation in certain range.
The machine is equipped with on-line automatic measuring system (axial positioning and cylindrical measuring) to realize closed loop control from machining to measuring.
The machine employs fully closed safeguard. (top of rear bed is open), and the control panel is set on right of the machine to meet the requirement of ergonomics.
The machine can realize automatic grinding cycle of workpiece in one set-up, and the whole grinding process is controlled by CNC system, (can also be measured by measuring meter on line). The grinding cycle and dressing cycle can convert automatically according to the program
