The machine is CNC high-speed end and cylindrical grinder with simultaneous 2 axes in 3 axes, which can carry out axial positioning for part. The machine is suitable for grinding cylinder with shoulder and gear shaft in general mechanical industry, such as auto and diesel engine, etc.
The machine employs FANUC-Oi-TB CNC system, and AC servo motor respectively control X axis (wheelhead feeding axis), Z axis (table moving axis) and C axis (rotating axis of headstock dial), simultaneous of X and Z can realize interpolation dressing of grinding wheel. P7 measuring meter of MARPOSS company in Italy is equipped to control 2 cylindrical measuring probes and 1 end measuring probe, and achieve end positioning and cylindrical measuring of parts. The machine can also realize grinding two ends of engine crank in one set-up through turning parts around.
The wheelhead spindle system of the machine employs combined hydrodynamic and hydrostatic press bearing unit. The spindle motor of the grinding wheel adopts frequency conversion speed regulator to guarantee 45m/s constant linear velocity of grinding wheel. Automatic on-line grinding wheel balancing device of MARPOSS company in Italy is equipped. The guideway of wheelhead employs THK cross rolling guideway of Japan. The guideway of table employs unloading guideways with URCITE, which features high accuracy and good shock-resistance. The headstock is driven by AC servo motor, and stepless speed regulated. The tailstock employs THK dense ball bearing and features good rigidity.
The machine employs fully closed safeguard and mist suction device of England.
The machine has functions of grinding wheel automatic plunge cut, automatic shift of table, automatic on-line wokepiece measuring. Except wokepiece loading-unloading manually, the machine can automatically grind wokepiece.
The cooling system employs integral water supply for customer. Independent electric cabinet employs constant temperature control. The whole machine features excellent appearance and easy operation.
