There is double-squamous vestige on the surface of work piece
Reason 1£ºThere is no acute granularity on the surface of wheels , so the work piece can not be cut effectively when grinding.
solution1£ºThe sharp-cut diamond (70¡ã¡«80¡ã) should be adopted to restore the wheel. The passivation dusts & impaction dusts should be removed when the wheel with high grinding removal is restored.
Reason 2.There will be a vibration when the wheel corrector is not fixed on the working bench or platform and the diamonds is not welded tightly.
solution 2£ºFasten the wheel corrector on accessories tightly , extending the trimming rod to examine the diamond¡¯s welding fastness to maintain its in good condition. |
